This article contains several examples and chapters from my Netflix Case Study Solution eBook PDFTK, written by Craig Burstein. I’ve tried to modify his book to reflect my own case study, but have edited it to get it to the point I want it to be.
The last chapter of PDFTK, Chapter 10, is “SWOT Analysis” and is all about an in-depth understanding of SWOT. I’ve converted this chapter into an eBook to make it easier to read. I hope you enjoy reading it.
The purpose of SWOT is to create a picture of the overall future. After you’ve had a chance to read this chapter of PDFTK, you’ll have a better idea of what I’m talking about.
This case study is so powerful because of the “poetry” of the results and the storytelling of the author. The author, Craig Burstein, will take you on a journey through a fascinating case study which is detailed and filled with stories.
The conclusion of this case study can change your life as you begin to use this case study to help you understand your own business. In fact, after reading this chapter, I have started to understand and apply the ideas from this case study in my own business.
You’ll find the strategies in this case study extremely useful. If you’re in the same position as I was a few years ago, this case study might just save your business.
You can also find lots of stories in this chapter of the book. That’s why I’m able to adapt it to fit my own business.
Just a couple examples of the stories in this chapter are:
I also like the chapters about Netflix and how the two cases interact. There are so many unique similarities between the two cases that I want to share them with you in this case study.
I also liked how this chapter connected the chapters together to give the readers an overview of what business owners should expect from the SWOT Analysis. It is a very well-written eBook.
I have had lots of people ask me if they could order this book through my website. The answer is yes, you can order my pdf file, CD and mp3 file from the website.
